Cecilia Herras-Tence, MTLA, FPALA, MIFLA, with team member Audrey Shih, has been named the Winning Landscape Architect Project at the Philippine Architecture and Allied Arts Festival (PAAAF) 2025, organized by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA).
